All prices are in New Zealand dollars and inclusive of GST.
International Purchasers:
•All items sold here are legal in New Zealand; however, certain countries have restrictions as to the use and or sale of sex toys. We are not liable for any items that are seized or confiscated by any foreign government. Please ensure the items you purchase are legal in your own country.
•We are not liable for any tariffs, import duties or international taxes imposed, these are the sole liability of the purchaser.
Limitation of Liability:

Freight: Freight is by Trackpack or courier, there are no outside markings with WOMANTICS or VIBES showing. All packaging is discreet to protect your privacy. Please provide clear & correct address details, we can not be held liable for missing products if we are given incorrect shipping details. Totally Controlled Limited has met its obligations for delivery once the purchase is consigned to the address provided by the purchaser. Responsibility of recovering purchases from an incorrect address when this was the address provided by the purchaser is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Payment: We accept payment by three methods; please choose your preferred option of Direct Bank Funds Transfer,Cheque or Visa/MasterCard. Sales are only deemed completed on receipt of cleared funds in an account held by Totally Controlled Limited.
Purchases paid by cheque will be forwarded after Totally Controlled Limited’s Bank has cleared the cheque. We are not responsible for banking delays in clearing of funds.
Payment by Direct Funds Transfer is at the purchaser’s risk; we will take all reasonable steps to provide correct account details but can not be held responsible for a payment made to an incorrect account not held by Totally Controlled Limited. It is up to the purchaser to reclaim funds from a wrong account. The purchases will not be dispatched till funds are lodged and cleared in the correct account.
Totally Controlled Limited strongly advises against posting cash & accepts no responsibility for the theft or loss of cash.
