Freight: is by Trackpack Courier, there are no outside markings with WOMANTICS or VIBES showing. Our couriers do deliver to POBoxes.
Canes ship in a tri-angle shaped cardboard parcel. If you purchase other items with a cane. The cane will ship in its own parcel.
There is a standard charge of $7.50, no matter how much you buy.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Your private selections will be delivered to your door by international delivery via NZ Post International Air. Your order will be shipped with no branding.
For International Shipping there is a standard charge of $30.00,
no matter how much you buy.
We reserve the right to not ship your order if the international freight rate of $30.00 is not selected in the checkout process.
•Due to customs clearance, International orders may take up to 2-3 weeks for arrival depending on country. There is also a shipping delay of a week due to credit card fraud on international orders.
•All items sold here are legal in New Zealand; however, certain countries have restrictions as to the use and or sale of sex toys. We are not liable for any items that are seized or confiscated by any foreign government. Please ensure the items you purchase are legal in your own country.

All packaging is discreet to protect your privacy. Please provide clear & correct address details, we can not be held liable for missing products if we are given incorrect shipping details.
Totally Controlled Limited has met its obligations for delivery once the purchase is consigned to the address provided by the purchaser. Responsibility of recovering purchases from an incorrect address when this was the address provided by the purchaser is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Quick delivery: We aim to despatch and deliver your order to you as quickly as possible, normally all goods will be dispatched the same day that payment is shown as cleared funds in our account.
We dispatch Monday to Friday, no Saturday or Sunday shipping.

Delivery Times: We aim to dispatch your orders the same day if all your items are in stock. any items that are not in stock you will be notified immediately and asked if you wish them to be placed on back order or removed from your order.
Returns
The products you will receive are guaranteed by Totally Controlled Limited for Novelty Use Only.
We suggest you view the product and test the product functions correctly.
Pursuant to the New Zealand Health & Safety Regulations (1995), you may view adult lifestyle product(s), & test that the product(s) functions correctly on receipt. Defective product(s) will be replaced with the same product if you are not a Business in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act of 1993, and the Fair Trading Act of 1986. (If the same product is not available for replacement, a refund will be made).
Any products that have been used will be sent back with NO REPLACEMENT OR REFUND PAYABLE.
Due to the nature of Adult Products we are unable to exchange or refund the purchase if you change your mind.
This Return Policy is in place to protect others in accordance with the aforementioned Health and Safety Regulations.
Faulty products are required to be returned to Totally Controlled Limited in the original packaging. The cost of the return is the customer’s responsibility. If the returned product is found to be faulty, and in UNUSED condition with the original packaging, Totally Controlled Limited will replace the faulty item. In this case the replacement will be freighted free of charge to the customer.
If the product is deemed as NOT FAULTY the return cost of freight will be required to be paid by the customer for Totally Controlled Limited to return the product to the customer.
